Amy Keirsey Lavis, CMLSO

Amy is originally from Northeast Tennessee and grew up on her family‘s farm in Rogersville, where her parents, Ron and Jean, still reside. For 27 years she has lived in the New Orleans area and currently lives with her son, Charlie (22 years old), daughter, Rachel (19 years old), and 4-legged child, Louie. For the past 20 years, Amy has developed and mentored multiple Medical and Aesthetic laser programs in medical practices across the United States and Canada.

Currently, Amy is one of only 120 Certified Medical Laser Safety Officers (CMLSO) in the country, and she is the only physical therapist ever to earn the title of CMLSO in the history of the governing institutions – Board of Laser Safety (BLS) and Laser Institute of America (LIA). At Stalder Plastic Surgery, it is her passionate goal to offer the most current, comprehensive laser and light procedures Southern Louisiana has to offer. With Amy’s experience in the aesthetic, medical and surgical laser fields, Stalder Plastic Surgery patients can be assured that they will be receiving cutting-edge care to address any and all of their non-surgical skin care concerns.
