Jess Donelon, Patient Experience manager

Jess is a New Orleans native with a background in customer service and communications. She attended Loyola University New Orleans and has over 20 years of management experience, including five years of medical office administration experience working with Dr. Stalder.

After her own diagnosis of DCIS in 2022, Jess underwent breast reconstruction with Dr. Stalder. Her experience allows her to speak candidly with patients going through similar diagnoses and procedures. She works closely with each patient to lead the way through what can be the overwhelming and complicated process involved with medical care logistics. She manages all aspects of the Stalder Plastic Surgery patient experience. She is passionate about delivering personal service which gives our patients the absolute confidence they are in the best possible hands.

In her free time, Jess enjoys cooking, traveling and live music with her husband Matt and their son Harry.
